How we got here

We learned the business first. Then the AI.

I'm an owner first. I started as a risk arbitrage trader, spent 22 years in mortgage lending, did two years of fix-and-flips, and I build the systems that help Garris Direct, a distribution business, grow. In every one of them I was looking for the same thing: a way to make the business run better.

When AI took off, I went looking for the tools that would do that, and I ended up learning all of them: the different types of AI, from chat assistants and phone agents to software that reads invoices and counts doors off a set of plans.

Working across very different businesses taught me something fast: one AI program isn't right for every business. What saved hours in one was useless in the next. To know which tool was right, I had to know the differences between all of them, and I had to know the ins and outs of each business I was trying to help.

I brought that same thinking to LDT Advisors. Our job is to learn your business first. Only then can we recommend which products you should sign up for, then set them up and connect them without missing a step. When a business runs on these systems every day, one missed step is what breaks it.
