Common questions

Questions owners ask us.

What does LDT Advisors do?

LDT Advisors is a technology consulting firm for small and mid-sized businesses. We look at how a business runs its systems and AI today, help it get more out of what it already has or make a bigger change if it wants one, set it up, and keep watch as the technology moves.

Do we have to switch to new software?

No. Most of what we set up runs on the software you already pay for. We only bring in new systems if you want them.

What does the evaluation cost?

The evaluation is free and there is no obligation. It is a 30-minute call on Google Meet where our team walks through how you run today, where it hurts most, and what to fix first.

How does pricing work after the evaluation?

The 30-minute evaluation is free. If you want to go further, we price a full evaluation based on your company's size and how many people we need to talk to. You'll know the price before anything starts.

Who does the work?

Our team does the work with you, from the first call to the build. Jason Berg, our founder, oversees every engagement from the owner's seat.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses, including distribution and building products, real estate, schools, venues and events, construction and trades, and professional services.

Where are you based?

We're based in Hackensack, New Jersey, and work with businesses across the United States. Evaluations are held on Google Meet, so location is never a barrier.

Is what we share kept confidential?

Yes. Everything you share stays confidential. Before we see sensitive data or get access to your systems, we sign a mutual NDA. We never sell your information.

Are you tied to any software company?

No software company pays us to recommend it. We recommend what fits your business, from any vendor, show you the options side by side, and the choice is yours. If a tool we recommend is one our founder owns, we tell you up front.
