These terms cover your use of ldtadvisors.com and our text messages. They're between you and LDT Advisors LLC (“LDT,” “we,” “us”), a technology consulting firm based in Hackensack, New Jersey. By using this website or opting in to our texts, you agree to them.
Using this website
- Information, not a promise. Our website, guides, Software Finder, business check-up and demos are general information. Demos use sample data. Results described are what we aim for, not guarantees, and every business is different.
- Free evaluation. The 30-minute evaluation and the written suggestions that follow are free and carry no obligation. Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, which controls if it differs from these terms.
- Our content. The text, design, videos and tools on this site belong to LDT Advisors LLC. You're welcome to share links to them. Please don't copy or resell them.
- Other companies' tools. We may mention or link to software made by other companies. We don't control those products, and their own terms apply. We recommend tools on merit; if we ever recommend a product our founder owns, we'll tell you.
- Fair use. Please don't misuse the site, our website assistant or our forms, for example by sending spam, trying to break in, or entering other people's information without permission.
SMS Terms
LDT Advisors text messages. When you check the box agreeing to texts on our evaluation form at ldtadvisors.com/evaluate, or text our business number first, you agree to receive text messages from LDT Advisors about your request: answers to your questions, scheduling, confirmations and reminders for your evaluation, and follow-up about it. We don't send marketing texts. Texts are answered by Atara, our AI assistant, who tells you she is an AI; our team can see the conversation and step in.
- Message frequency varies with your conversation and your booking.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, then no more texts.
- For help: reply HELP, email [email protected] or call (201) 500-7919.
- Not required. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking an evaluation or buying anything from us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy, including the Text messages section.
Limits of our responsibility
This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, LDT Advisors LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or acting on general information from it. Advice specific to your business comes through an evaluation or a written agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the effective date above.
